Can’t get over that mismanagement by Roberts to lose De Paula. That at-bat HAD to be Rojas facing Hall or, if the Brewers went to Patrick, De Paula going in. Milwaukee was not going to be able to stick with Uribe. Horrible job.

Unfortunately for Dante Moore, THIS WAS NOT A DIRTY HIT
The QB is still presenting himself as a runner while the defender is closing
Moore initiates the slide late, at a point where the defender has already committed to making the tackle
The issue is that we’ve grown accustomed to modern football and its rule structure protecting offensive players to a detriment…. This has normalized bad decision making and processing the QB position, specifically
You can argue whether it deserves a flag….But violent ≠ dirty
(The sideline antics by #8 are a separate issue, thoughts and prayers are with Moore 🙏🏿)

The idea that a quarterback can go outside of the pocket, run for yardage and just slide at any moment and the defender is supposed to be prepared for him to slide while simultaneously trying to stop him from gaining yards is the most asinine thing about the modern era of football. If you’re a QB running with the ball defenders should be able to hit you like anyone else.

The people coming after this kid calling him a thug and to be kicked off the team are a joke.
Hits like this have happened for decades. No different here.
Let the kid sit a half and move on.
Prayers for Dante Moore.

LOL they kept the price point the same for unsealed boxes. Unreal. @Topps and @Fanatics are completely unserious and absolutely fucking insane.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Following unprecedented demand for yesterday’s 2025-26 Topps Chrome Update Basketball pre-order, we’re working to provide collectors a chance to open packs at retail price.
For Friday’s Topps Chrome Update Basketball Mega Box pre-order on our website, all boxes will ship with the plastic seal fully removed.
While the cards and contents inside remain untouched, removing the factory seal helps discourage the immediate resale and gives more collectors an opportunity to purchase at retail.
This initial test is part of a larger program working to ensure that more collectors can buy the products they love at retail prices.
We want you to know that we are working tirelessly to make the collecting experience as enjoyable as possible for everyone… From first-time buyers to life-long collectors, and everyone in between.

Either Panini made a gigantic mistake or someone is lying, because this isn’t a parallel you can pull out of retail. Bi-Mart selling hobby packs?
