Expect recruitment to pick up for 6-9 MiraCosta College F Ramel Bethea, who is playing his first season of non-military hoops after serving in the US Navy. Elite length and pogo-stick jumping ability, Bethea fits the mold of the modern rim-running, rim protecting big.
