Detach your identity from the outcome. A big play or win doesn’t make the elite athlete special. A bad play doesn’t break the elite athlete. The best know who they are regardless of the outcome. #gobruins #runtotheroar #bruinbrotherhood #football

If you want to grow mentally as an athlete, when things don’t go your way you have to stop pointing fingers at the coach, teammates, the standard your being held to and start rising up! Look inward, what can you do better. Start rising to the standard! #gobruins #runtotheroar

There are two types of athletes when coaches give feedback. One hears “coach believes I can be better” the other hears “coach is picking on me again”. The difference isn’t talent, it’s what the athlete has learned to consider as harmful or helpful. #gobruins #runtotheroar

Day 1 on the field! Got some testing in as well. Freshman @Elias_Isaacs27, @luke_carli16, @theoffcialbupe, and @JeremyKrause26 were impressive! Some young dudes in this class throwing weight around! Love seeing the work this team put in all summer & the leadership from our SRs.
