This rebrand isn't about changing who we are. It's about refining who we've always been. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who has believed in this vision from day one. The future of Ohio Fire has never been brighter, and we're just getting started. #BeTheSpark🔥
Our identity hasn't changed. It evolved. 🔥
Today, we're proud to unveil the refreshed Ohio Fire brand, refining the logo that started it all while introducing new marks that strengthen our identity for the future.
Same Fire. Stronger Brand.

Saw a message today that made me think about the weight athletes carry through a season. The mistake they keep replaying. The teammate they constantly compare themselves to.
The conversation they keep avoiding.
Those things follow them into practice, consume their attention and gradually wear down their confidence.Growth requires recognizing what we’re carrying.
Learn from the mistake. Appreciate your own progress. Have the honest conversation. Sometimes moving forward starts with addressing what’s been making every step harder.
As the season begins, culture takes shape in the habits we reward and the standards we uphold. Respect to every Cincinnati basketball coach preparing to lead. May God grant us wisdom to develop the person with the same intention we develop the player.

Be faithful in the work nobody applauds. Give your best today, and trust Him with what you cannot control.

Talent gives a team possibilities. Consistent effort and shared responsibility determine how many of those possibilities remain available when the game gets difficult.

Step into today knowing your worth is already secure in Christ. Compete with confidence, accept correction, and have the courage to try again.

A program’s standards gain credibility when enforcing them carries a competitive cost. What we tolerate from our best player tells the team what we actually believe.

A missed shot never changes a player’s worth. Neither does a bad game, a reduced role, or a losing season. Before we ask athletes to believe in themselves, we need to show them our belief doesn’t disappear when they struggle.

Rest in peace to former Louisville men’s basketball assistant coach Larry Gay, who passed away at the age of 75.
A Winchester, Kentucky native and standout at George Rogers Clark High School, Gay went on to play college basketball at Florida State, where he was a three-year letterman from 1971-74. He was a member of the Seminoles’ historic 1971-72 team that advanced all the way to the NCAA championship game, where Florida State fell to UCLA and John Wooden.
Gay eventually returned to Kentucky and became part of another storied college basketball program, spending seven seasons on Denny Crum’s staff at Louisville from 1989-96. During his time on the Cardinals’ bench, Louisville made six NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Sweet 16 in 1993.
From Winchester to Florida State and eventually Louisville, Gay spent a significant portion of his life around the game of basketball and made an impact at every stop.
Our thoughts are with Coach Gay’s family, friends, former teammates, players and everyone whose life he touched.
Rest in peace, Coach Larry Gay. 🕊️

What a blessing to watch Emma Hoyord and Emme Barr compete during their soccer season and help CCS earn a huge conference win over MVCA! We are incredibly proud of the way they represent our school, their teammates and their faith in every season.
