Success isn’t handed out—it’s earned.
But the opportunity to succeed?
That’s available to everyone.
What you do with that opportunity determines everything.
If you don’t show up, if you don’t put in the work—you’ll get exactly what you deserve.
Nothing.

PLAYERS: Your shot might be off, but your hustle never should be. You can't always control every factor in a game but you can always control your effort. Hustle and effort are talents that you can excel at regardless of size, strength, or speed. HUSTLE NEVER HAS AN OFF-DAY!

"Practicing hard is a choice. Watching extra film is a choice. Lifting weights, being coachable, and going to class are a choice. Your choices here are going to force me to either play you, or sit you on the bench. You’ll get exactly what you want." (Pat Summitt)

November always snitches on what you did in the summer.
Everyone wants to win in November. What matters is how hard you are willing to work in July.
In-season success is built on off-season work. Don’t wait.
