Grateful to have led Trinity Hoops (@TrollsMBball) these past two years. We took over a program that averaged less than 5 NAIA wins over the last 10+ years and had won 1 NAIA win in the previous year. Despite learning that Trinity was closing our team continued to CLIMB.
• 17-13 on the year (all NAIA wins)
• 13-7 in CCAC play (4th place finish)
• Most wins & first postseason win in 15+ years
• Finished top 15 in the country in multiple offensive categories
Wins only tell part of the story. We’ve had 11 All-Academic members and this past fall a cumulative team GPA above a 3.5. Our guys loved and cared for one another. This team brought together alumni and fans during unprecedented times. Collectively we wanted to give our best as we wrote the #finalchapTer of Trinity Hoops. We did that.
With much gratitude, I’m excited to see what the Lord has next for our players, staff, and my family (our 5th starter set to arrive in July). #CLIMB

Praying for Charlie Kirk and his wife and children…power in prayer! Absolutely horrible and incredibly sad. We serve a God who is a miracle worker! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I think it's ridiculous that head coaches have to interview with the TV provider during media timeouts. Come on, they're trying to win their biggest game of the year! Just let them coach and focus on their team. @NCAA

The Lady Vols made HISTORY today 🔥
They're the first team in the NCAA, NBA or WNBA to ever make 30+ threes in a game 👏

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is incorrect. NCAA Division 3 basketball team Grinnell College made more than 30 threes in a game in 2022.

Ashton Jeanty deserves his flowers 👏
This was the smallest margin of victory for the Heisman Trophy vote since 2009.
And he's not done yet 😤

Asked after not winning the #HEI2MAN “Does this pour a little more fuel on the fire?”
Jeanty, “100%”
We should all pity SMU or Penn State for what Jeanty is about to do to them 😬👀

SHOUTOUT @HPU_MBB associate head coach @CamFlabel for running & completing the 2024 Honolulu Marathon!
Some of the men’s basketball team was there to celebrate the feat with Flabel. The Honolulu Marathon is the 4th-largest marathon in the USA!
