Excited to get back on the court soon! Honored to make the JV squad.
Play to win on both ends of the court. Every rep, every possession, every practice, every game.
Time to go get it! 🏀

Love that quote: “If your life is not about you, your legacy will live well beyond you.”
One of the best teachers of game, and developer of people! Great coach, better person! @rfmhoosiers87
Run the "disadvantage drill" from Coach Bob Martin to put your players in game-like situations where they have to make reads. Start with 1-on-0, 2v1, 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, then progress to 5-on-5. Great for transition O & D. #BasketballDrills #Defense

Being your best on a team always includes being your best as a teammate.
Remember that in your pursuit of excellence daily!

Sometimes it’s as simple as this
Is the team or players doing things like a winner or a loser?
Are we executing the drill like a winner?
Are we watching film like a winner?
Are we receiving coaching like a winner?
Yes or No
When the answer is No…the coach has a choice
Do you allow it and permit it?
Or do coach it and inspire or demand different?
If we want to have a special culture or pursue special outcomes, we have to truly show up daily in a special way?
High celebration
High challenge
Play in both worlds
