🥎 HS season ended in the state quarterfinals with a tough loss in the 8th to a top 10 nationally ranked team. I went 6 for 8 & 2 for 2 against a SEC commit. @rwwagner @Pmurphy08 @coachDp16 @CoachRedburn @coachwallensemo @ToriTyson @Coach2K_OSU @spatte1108 @avrey_steiner

Youth sports used to be about developing players & teaching them the game. Now it’s about adults’ ego & money 💰

The greed, the power, the win at all cost mentality has trickled its way down to HS sports. It's cruel what's going on with our game. Integrity/morality of coaching and mentoring the youth is becoming a lost art. Winning should always be a byproduct of character and good morals.

No great coach did it without having great players. There are no geniuses, whiz kids, etc. The true genius is in knowing it’s all about the players. Great players make you look amazing, mediocre players make you look funny in the light.
Being able to identify, develop, motivate, and mentally prepare the best players is the key to sustained success.
It always has been and ALWAYS will be, all about the PLAYERS!
