What I’d give to have our competitive yet comical Briar vs. Woodgrove back and forth banter just one more time at practice. Know you are so loved. You touched so many lives. You’ll always be with us #13 ❤️🕊

Grateful for another opportunity to compete against some of the best. We battled through the EYBL Champions Platinum Bracket. Although it didn’t go our way every game, every opportunity is a chance to learn, grow, and get better. 💙

I owe Coach Adkins so much thanks for where I am today as a coach. Our conversations and his family’s mentorship early in my career helped more than they will ever know. Love this addition & I’m 100% now a @DallasWings fan! @CoachJFernandez
Lots of @CaptainsGBBall in action this week!! Proud of them and their dedication to getting better!

Today, we’re remembering and honoring the lives of the 32 Hokies who were tragically taken from their loved ones and the Virginia Tech community on April 16, 2007.
On this 2026 Day of Remembrance, we honor the potential they carried and the lasting impact they have. 🧡
