S/O to my coaching staff. Those guys come to work everyday and are bought into the process of what we’re building @BigSamFB
I’m honored to work with these men and I appreciate every single one of them.

Arlington Sam Houston is 3-0 for a first time since 2014 when the Texans finished 7-4. Their best campaign in the last 20 years. Great early returns for a new staff led by first time head coach Bobby Watkins.
Long way to go in the program building process, but an Eastside resurgence would be strongly welcomed. #txhsfb

John Harbaugh’s 90-10 Rule:
If a player does 90% well, acknowledge it 90% of the time.
Harp on the 10% constantly, and he will start believing you think he is only 10% good.
Even Ray Lewis wanted correction. He also needed the full context.
