“@TheThroneHoops
had some tough hitters, one of which was @redd1k_drt.
He scored with precision and was prone to getting buckets. Whichever school lands him will be getting a hell of a player‼️”

Our 4th Annual First Lady’s Golf Tournament brought Trojan pride, friendly competition, and a powerful purpose to the greens during Homecoming 2026! More than just a day of golf, this special fundraising event was all about investing in the future of our VSU Honors College students!

Today marks one year since I began serving as AVP for Intercollegiate Athletics at @VSU_1882.
After more than two decades in this industry, there is no greater honor than being trusted to lead the department at the same place that I wore the jersey. #HailState

FRIDAY night, after our HOF ceremony I took some of the flowers home. SATURDAY, during our basketball game I found out the monks were coming to VSU. SUNDAY morning, I grabbed the flowers and placed them on the path of the monks as they exited my beloved alma mater. #WalkForPeace

Another solid performance for Redd Thompson.
This is his 2nd game this season with 20+ points in just sub 20 minutes. He had 22 in 20 minutes vs Wake Forest, earlier this year.
