Effort is the highest form of respect. Not just for yourself or your coaches, but for the game & every player who built that standard before you. Respect the game. Show up. Compete. Empty the tank. One day the noise all fades & your effort is all that remains. That’s your legacy!

Isaiah Taylor should be uncontested #1 ATH/Even player in the country on all websites. Just from tonight’s game. - 230 yards passing - 210 rushing - 3 TD’s 440 yards of offense coming from 1 guy. Flip to the other side of the ball - 1 int. - 6+ tackles ( not knowing exactly )

Leadership isn't just meeting the standard yourself. It's refusing to stand by while your teammates fall below it. Leadership requires more than setting an example. It requires the courage to hold others accountable.

So much of Winning and "luck" is created through relationships. + Talk to new people everyday + Look people in the eye + Remember and call them by their name + Find common ground + Check in on people just because + Be intentional + Give Value The more people you talk to the more opportunities you create for yourself. Everyone knows someone who is the "I know a guy" or the "he knows everyone" type of person. You want to be that person.

One of the greatest advantages you can create for yourself in business and in life, is doing exactly what you know you need to do. Somethings are as straight forward as they seem.
