Confidence doesn't have to be loud. It doesn't have to be flashy. And it definitely doesn't have to prove anything to anyone. Real confidence comes from preparation. It's the extra reps, the attention to detail, and the work you put in when nobody's watching. When game day comes, you don't have to hope you're ready. You KNOW you've put in the work. That's a different kind of confidence! Champions aren't built in the spotlight. They're built in the preparation. Let's get to work!
