When Kobe Bryant said his insane level of confidence came from knowing he done all he could to prepare, it taught me that anytime I'm nervous it means I didn't prepare enough.

Curt Cignetti said, “First you form your habits and then your habits form you.”
Love this.
Your habits become your standards.
Your standards drive your decisions.
Your decisions shape your culture.

Interesting study, especially considering how much attention we give the hamstrings and glutes when discussing speed.
We’ve seen strong relationships between hip flexor strength and sprint speed and we know the adductors can make substantial contributions to hip extension.

Heavy cannabis use quadruples psychosis risk:
- Heavy use means more frequent than twice per week
- It has been associated with 4 times the risk of psychosis later in life, in particular schizophrenia and bipolar-like episodes
- Bipolar disorder is 30 times more likely if a first relative has it
- Using cannabis through adolescence and up to age 25 creates 4 times the psychosis risk in those predisposed
- The more potent the THC, the higher the probability of psychosis, a major depressive episode or a major anxiety disorder later in life

You don’t close that gap training harder. You close it training more often. 15 mins before school. 20 on the wall after dinner.
How many did you get on your own this week?
