I am blessed to announce I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Southern Illinois University! I would like to give my biggest thanks to my parents for supporting me and always pushing me to be the best version of myself. I would also like to thank my sisters for their constant support. Go Dawgs!

Leadership isn’t rank. It’s trust, example, and service. Transformational fire officers put others first and raise the bar for the entire crew.
🔥 Be the kind of officer others want to follow:

Seconds can mean survival.
Meridian Fire ran 18 live-fire drills comparing 3 vs. 4-person crews. Four-person teams were faster, safer & more effective—by over 3 minutes.
🔥 This is how you justify staffing:

“Accountability” isn’t about being a hardass; it’s about consistency, clarity, and care.
Culture shifts when leaders lead the standard, not just say it.

🔥 We signed up to serve. Not to coast. Not to complain.
Too many of us have forgotten the mission—and how blessed we are to even do this job. The fire service doesn’t owe us—we owe it to the people who believe in us: ow.ly/KQaM50Wku1e

Coach Huff (@CoachHuff) said, "Culture is how we act, interact, and react."
Culture can't just be words on a wall.
It's built through consistent actions, not empty words.
Every one on the team contributes to it.
