"There are standards here. There is a way that we play."
When the coach holds players accountable, it’s a rule.
When players hold each other accountable, it’s the standard.

I was today years old when I found out this tool existed. Went into @TractorSupply for carb cleaner and came out with quite possibly the best field maintenance tool of all time. This had to be invented by a baseball coach… @rakogardentool @DuraEdge

As much as we would love to protect our players… The Game requires us to embrace failure in many ways.
If that’s too much for you - go play Spades!
Can’t avoid it. It’s happening, it’s right around the corner, at every turn. And it can be a good thing FOR us!
Humbabe! #👊
"Failure is a learning opportunity. Failure is growth."
Growth doesn't happen when everything goes right. It happens when players are given the opportunity to fall short, learn from the experience, and have coaches who help them get back up and move forward.
The goal isn't to eliminate failure. The goal is to use it as part of the development process.
