Trade: Colts are sending three-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the 49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @rapsheet. Now Buckner returns to San Francisco, fortifying the 49ers defensive line.

Yaxel Lendeborg is the most READY rookie this season in the NBA and here’s why: It’s nothing wrong with being in the slow cooker and fully seasoning yourself to be READY!! Stay in college and LEARN as much as you can and allow yourself a chance to MATURE!! Just my thoughts!

My message: Let kids grow. Just focus on the work. Whatever they are supposed to do they’ll do if the work is kept as the main thing. People judge 4th, 5th and 6th graders too harshly. When the questions should be: - Are they committed to the sport and love it? - Do they have objective and locked in parents? - Can they do the same ish for years? If the answer is yes to all 3 of those they will be fine! Everybody has a genetic ceiling but you will be rock solid if those are YESSES!

"What was not rough to watch yesterday and left me wanting more, was Yaxel Lendeborg... He wasn't afraid of the challenge and that's what I expected from him." @Spadoni_Joe on the debut of Yaxel Lendeborg's debut last night (@MorningRoast957)

I love this because he’s 100% correct!! I think guys work their whole lives to get to the highest level and then realize it isn’t what they thought it was when they encounter this…..🤷🏽‍♂️

Yaxel Lendeborg on his NBA debut: “That was interesting. I got to see what the NBA’s like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul-baiting, lot of crying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure.”
