Incoming #collegesoccer Freshman advice: ⚽️SMASH the fitness test, you can never be fit enough! ⚽️Be 1st to show, last to leave ⚽️Don’t worry about what others think, do you ⚽️Bring the energy no matter how you “feel” No one really cares how you “feel” when there is work to be done ⚽️Don’t be afraid to step up and volunteer for anything ⚽️Run on the pitch, run off the pitch. ⚽️All the “little things” add up & matter no matter how small they seem ⚽️The amount of Sleep you get makes a BIG difference in performance ⚽️ What you eat makes a BIG difference ⚽️‼️🚨⚠️DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get caught up in the drugs, drinking & partying BS IT WILL HURT YOUR PERFORMANCE Life is too short to worry what the others think, do you & do what’s right to live the lifestyle of an athlete, no matter what they say or think (I know most players will ignore this one, but you’ve been told!) ⚽️Always be ready to perform, your time will come & when it does, think like a rodeo Bronc Rider, grab on tight & don’t let go no matter how hard life bucks Need help?
