We have discovered that ownership of CocktailBar’s Ethereum liquidity lock was transferred from our original wallet to an unknown address without our authorization. THE LP REMAINS LOCKED UNTIL 27 AUGUST 2026, 5 AM UTC. That lock is the only reason we still have time to warn everyone. Once it expires, the address now controlling the lock will be able to withdraw the liquidity. OUR ADVICE IS CLEAR: IF YOU HOLD COC, SELL BEFORE 5:00 AM UTC ON 27 AUGUST 2026 WHILE LIQUIDITY REMAINS AVAILABLE. Do not wait for the unknown wallet to make the first move. WHAT HAPPENED The wallet controlling CocktailBar’s liquidity lock had been inactive for approximately 15 months. Its last legitimate outgoing transaction was nonce 108 on 23 April 2025. The very next outgoing transaction—nonce 109—occurred on 6 August 2026. That transaction transferred ownership of the UNCX liquidity lock to a wallet we do not control. We did not initiate or authorize this transfer. WHAT THIS MEANS The liquidity remains locked for now. However, control of that lock has been taken out of our hands. We cannot guarantee that the liquidity will remain available once the lock expires. Our responsibility is to give every holder the opportunity to act before whoever controls that wallet has the opportunity to withdraw the LP. We are documenting the incident, speaking with UNCX, gathering the relevant on-chain information and preparing documentation for any exchanges or services that may encounter the LP or resulting assets. If those assets begin moving, we will pursue every appropriate avenue available to us. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT There is no replacement contract, claim page, wallet connection or “new COC” token associated with this incident or announcement. Our only priority right now is warning current COC holders and giving them the opportunity to exit while liquidity remains available during this short window. As far as we are concerned, the current CocktailBar Ethereum deployment is compromised and finished. Any future plans will be communicated separately, at the appropriate time, and will proceed with a fresh start. For now, the only thing that matters is ensuring holders understand the current situation and the 27 August deadline. And a reminder regarding telegram The original CocktailBar Telegram channel is no longer under our control. Third-party listings, including DEXTools and DEX Screener, still direct users to that compromised channel. Do not rely on those links.
