For @MoniqueWoodard, most preseed investements she's made come from network. She does have a cold email button on her website but warning: if you send a super long email, you probably won't get an answer. This seems to be a commonality across all our panellists. Keep it short!

"I've got a love hate relationship with San Francisco but I plan on staying there for the rets of my life because you get so much exposure to relevant, exciting people!" admits @marvinliao "A lot of people have left during Covid but there's a whole new generation of founders!"
