But now it's time to close our doors and say goodbye. It's been a pleasure 😭

In 5½ years: CodeUp has launched 20 branches across the UK and 3 international branches, who have organised 451 events, for 13,300 members. All thanks to the amazing people who volunteer to organise & mentor our attendees ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Not CodeUp! @CodeWithGroup is a new organisation set up by previous CodeUp organisers and mentors. Tbh it's probably going to be even better than CodeUp...

CodeUp is going but its spirit will live on! Head on over to @CodeWithGroup who will be running awesome (online for now) regular monthly meetups, @codingweek workshops, and evening drop-in sessions 😊 Run by your favourite CodeUp organisers & mentors! codewith.org.uk/

It's been an amazing 5 years, but I'm very sorry to announce that CodeUp as we know it will be closing down in the next few months ☹️

We'd like to assure everyone that the changes in @Meetup's charges don't currently affect our members. If this changes in the future, we will either find a way around it or leave the Meetup platform. CodeUp does not, and will not, charge people to attend. Ever.

CodeUp Liverpool is looking for a new organiser to take over! If you, or anyone you know would like to run monthly meetups to support adults learning to code then get in touch 😁 meetup.com/CodeUp-Liverpool/
