Me using AI: Build a product launch video creator with a pixel-perfect design.
Some guys somewhere: Find loopholes in PHP.
AI changed how fast we ship. A feature that used to take days to weeks now takes an afternoon, and release notes go out every week, sometimes every day.
The launch video didn't get any faster.
Cutroom is an agent that reads your codebase and makes the product video for you.
Point it at a repository, and you get a launch video. Point it at a release, a tag, or a range of commits, and you get a "what's new" video about only those features. Not your whole product again, just what changed.
Cutroom was built with privacy at its core, because not every codebase is public, so you can run Cutroom completely offline with local models, or self-host on your own server.

It's a product I'm working on called Cutroom for making motion product videos from a codebase.
Yes, Kokoro is being used for TTS when running Cutroom locally/offline, along with Gemma 4 for privacy use, such as private repos.
But it can also be self-hosted; then Kokoro can be replaced with ElevenLabs.

I'm seeing kokoro so I'm assuming it's some kind of TTS, but please what app is this, and is Claude integrated into the workflow of the app or you cook it elsewhere then import. Asking out of curiosity

I often build with very few prompts.
My trick is to prepare the PRD (which Includes preferred coding standard, etc), and a lean Claude.md (only stringent rules).
And then let it cook.
For instance, I achieved this (including the functionalities) with just two prompts.
