Forget all the huge supermarkets and their mawkish Christmas adverts, this was the best Christmas advert - Enniskillen pub Charlie's put out this advert back in 2023. It’s brilliant.

Not really a great response, nor does it really answer the question ‘why?’

Oh, I do love Seamus Heaney. I think he speaks to that Irish part of my soul. And this is good to read as we remember the faithful departed.

What a great bunch! #BossyBetty and Friends #ReUse #Recycle #RealHumans
In a world where so much gets thrown away, one woman in Prestwick is fighting back. She is known as Bossy Betty - and what she has created is about far more than just reusing and recycling - as Jayne McCubbin discovered for #BBCBreakfast bbc.co.uk/news/scotland

Your Roundup Has Gotten Worse. Here's What Changed. Newly formulated Roundup includes diquat which, given its harmful effects on human organs, isn't approved for use in the EU and the UK. housedigest.com/2299073/roun…

@HSELive can you provide details of how many pcr tests were conducted in Irish healthcare settings in the last 3 months. Surely this should be public information if it is informing the entire public health approach to a pandemic virus & putting people's health at risk.
Replying to @BuDs_UK
@eilishor @Independent_ie seriously expect us to believe the current prevalance is 4 in 100,000. When I complained they doubled down and said this figure is compiled by HSE experts. It's simply the miniscule number of tests done in healthcare settings after we've been told not to bother testing for the last four am and a half years and there's no way to report a positive test. The @irishexaminer's @griffinniamh also reports dutifully that there is no surge in Covid, flu or RSV to explain the terrible hospital overcrowding

The absolute INDIGNITY of it all. Camilla is classless. Doesn’t check in with her husband…just completely walks off in her own clueless world. Charles RAGING at her is the cherry on top. The Windsor temper on full display. Well, I guess these two ended up with the marriage they deserved.

@FlannelsHelp @FlannelsFashion Still no refund for order STORFLAN40000090380779. Your staff destroyed my vouchers and now you’re forcing me to travel to a store to get my own money back. 2 weeks of "escalation" with zero contact. Resolve this immediately. #Flannels #FrasersGroup

Reddit is ending logged-out browsing. The company says it needs to stop scrapers, but scrapers can make accounts like anyone else. The shareholder letter is more honest. It says logged-in users provide “more signals for ads targeting” and are the “most monetizable.” Every thread you read will be tied to your account. The same excuse already killed Old Reddit for guests, RSS feeds, and Wayback Machine archiving. Twenty years of open human discussion are going behind a wall so Reddit can monitor you. reclaimthenet.org/reddit-mov…
