CELO recently jumped in utility rankings, an EVM-compatible chain that is extremely cheap to use.
Recent significant changes in ranking is due to a number of coins previously thought of being limited in supply now having an unverifiable number of maximum supply.
Another interesting part is that its current price is almost 10x lower than its own ATH (all-time-high) price.
