We love Welly Wednesday in N2. 💚💚 We enjoyed collecting different coloured leaves and rolling down the hill.

Today in Reception we have been learning about our senses. We put on our binoculars to explore school using our sense of sight 🔍💚 We loved seeing Mr Matterson and Mr Tankard and telling them all about our adventure! @ColeridgeSchool

Reception have been thinking about capacity in maths today. We experimented with seeing which objects fit inside different sized containers to decide which had the largest capacity 💚 @ColeridgeSchool

Our Reception children are already impressing me with some fantastic maths skills! We have been practising matching objects and making sets in different ways. What a great start to our year! 💚 @ColeridgeSchool

Some of our Reception children had their first session of a very special project that will see them working with residents of a local care home. They were so excited to find out more about what they’d be doing and we can’t wait for our first visit next week! @ColeridgeSchool 💚
