As the U.S. Geological Survey's mineral summary makes clear, the U.S. is reliant on imports of more than half the 50 non-fuel minerals it needs for industry. China is the source of 24 of the rest; Canada for 23.
Canada's leverage just got a little better.

On behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary, Toronto Search and Rescue - Marine, we send our deepest sympathies and condolences to the family, friends and colleagues.
It is so true, especially for the elderly. A friend was told her father was palliative. His daughter knew there was something wrong, she began to investigate on her own. She discovered the number of drugs he was on were reacting to one another, causing his alleged dementia.
Regardless of how you “feel” or how “frustrated” you are, this is over the line of acceptability. @marcomendicino deserves praise for not punching the guy in the mouth. A reaction that most of us would have done.
An apology... Hell no! At minimum a hefty fine.

News to her… seriously? She is the Minister of Foreign Affairs! Our military is starved of resources and this is how our government chooses to use them? I’m getting sea sick from all the head shaking I’ve been doing lately!
