We often hear the term, “back to basics” in education. Here is what it should mean:
- play
- sport
- recess
- daily quality physical education
- time to build friendships
- socially connected students prepared to learn
- outdoors!
Happy back to school! @EverActiveAB

Back to Basics:

- Eat 4-5 strong meals a day
- Sleep 8-9 hrs ea. night
- Strength Training + Sprints 3-4 x week
