Collins Decorators

Just a little bit of prep work on this cupola at the top of a 3 tier staircase. Probably not been anyone up there since before I was born. #paintinganddecorating

Great wallpaper on top of tiles in this kitchen 🤯

Client got this @crownpaints gear for his daughter’s bedroom & I’m always skeptical when clients buy their own retail paint. But to be honest it’s really nice to work with and flows really well. #painting #paintinganddecorating

Happy New Year to one and all 🥂🍾💚

Merry Christmas everybody , have a great day 🎅🏻🎄🎁🍻

1st time using the Q1 floor protector & I must say I’m impressed & used with the Q1 tape also for around skirtings etc 👌🏻

Famous last words “it’s only a hairline crack on this high ceiling” 🙈

Very enjoyable week away with the family 🇪🇸😎. But back to the grind Monday morning 💪🏻

Front door in Blackhall area of #Edinburgh stripped & sanded down using the @MirkaUK dustless system, primed, filled, undercoated & x2 Satin finish (Colour Leyland Hidden Glade). Front door surround prepared & x2 coats white satin. #painting #decorating #paintinganddecoraring

Oh dear Terry 🙈

Previous Dec obviously didn’t bother with knotting the new timber when en-suite was put in 🙄👏🏻

Can’t believe I’ve just opened up a new box of 1400 lining paper. It’s been reduced in width from 22” - 21”. When did this happen? Not a major issue but now doesn’t take up full width of lasting table as that’s how I noticed.

Don’t normally do quotes over the phone but when someone asks you for a rough price to strip, prep & lining paper a 10x10 ceiling but don’t want you to come round 🚨. Told them a rough price & she told me another Dec said £100 😳……….bye 👋🏻👋🏻😂

My son Jack 18yrs old today 🎂 Its hard to believe that the 1st pic shows Jack born 3 months premature & wired to the mains fighting for survival back in 2005 weighing only 1lb 12oz. But here he is today as a fine young man & now can take his auld man for a pint 🍻 🤪
