I was hoping on being back on the bike for this weekend for @MountOlivers 80th Gold Cup but my ankle still no good its about 80% now still not much movement im gutted, i hear @GIrwinRacing is going up there aswell would of been good to finally meet him after the help he gave me well good luck to everyone up there safe but fast get on the back wheel for me much love weeman ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏁🏍💨🏁

Abit of a update on my ankle I'm out of the boot now and only have to see the physio my ankle very stiff don't won't to move but itis still very swollen doctor said it may swell up for about a year because of the water channels in my foot time will tell I guess atleast I can walk now and can get out on walks with the dog and the baby much love weeman ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏁🏍💨🏁
