I was convicted of “influencing a public servant” who just happened to be Jena Griswold’s SOS employee that was sitting in my election room deleting 29,000 vital audit, adjudication and access log files which are 2020 &2021 election records that I was required to preserve by Federal law for 22 months. I swore an oath to the US Constitution. I would have violated law to allow them to delete the records I preserved. That event happened 6 months after the Presidential 2020 election.
