Let the comedy begin!
We're live with Stand-Up Comedy Club at twitch.tv/gameunderground
45 minutes until doors open! Come on through for friendlies and some hilarious hijinks!
$5 venue fee for a day of fun? What a steal!
Our doors open at 12pm today! Swing on by for some games and to spectate at 349 Moody St in Waltham, MA!
With the important tweet sent, we'd like to focus on funnier pastures!
Even though this tournament is an invitational, we will be offering spectator "passes" to anyone who wants to swing by the venue and play friendlies or spectate the tournament and its side event for $5!
Important announcement regarding The Comedy Club's Prize Pot:
Due to an error that was found in start.gg's voting system, roughly $900 worth of transactions were double counted but not double charged.
-have that money available to us.
At the end of the day, we are two college kids (Generic helped us get a venue with Game Underground but otherwise has not been involved) who wanted to host their first tournament for the community. We went into this expecting some issues, but-
-these issues were expected to happen on our end, not on start.gg's end.
We really hope that despite these issues, everyone is still able to enjoy the Comedy Club.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Seeding for The Comedy Club has been finalized! Please let us know if there are any pools conflicts that should be avoided!
Thank you and see you all Saturday!
Alert! Alert! Yet another terrifying bracket threat has arrived!
Congratulations to @DM_SSB for qualifying for The Comedy Club Invitational!
We're also happy to announce our incredible line of commentators! Thank you to all listed below for lending their incredible talents!
Today's the day! Our final qualifier for the Comedy Club Invitational is ASG Fight Night #80! So for one last shot for a comedic brawl, swing on by!
