Wars are not caused by the build up of weapons. They are caused when an aggressor believes he can achieve his objectives at an acceptable price.

The shifting explanations from Musk and the administration sound like Abbott and Costelloโs โWhoโs on First?โ Except the consequences for Ukrainian civilians are deadly.
Musk says he didnโt do it. The administration says it didnโt either. Yet someone in the administration reportedly told Musk to undo it, and Ukraine reports only partial restoration.
Are we supposed to believe Hegseth and the Pentagon donโt know the status of a capability critical to U.S., Ukrainian and allied security?
Whoever is handing Putin the gift of a more vulnerable Ukraine should at least have the guts to put their name on it. Hiding behind denials while innocent people pay the price is cowardice.
Meanwhile, Putin keeps murdering civilians and trying to starve and freeze Ukraine into submission. Americans deserve answers. Ukrainians deserve the means to defend themselves.

The No Oil Profits for Enemies โNOPEโ Act (S.4421) is a powerful bill that would crack down on Russian oil sales worldwide, AND on Russia's shadow fleet of illegal oil tankers.

Trump blatantly lied when he claimed that the United States had received nothing from Ukraine.
I wrote about this last year, and now I have to repeat myself โ the United States hasn't just received "something" from Ukraine. It has received (and continues to receive) something absolutely priceless.
Something worth many times more than all the Patriots and HIMARS combined.
Real war experience.
Let me remind you that today, there are effectively only two armies on the planet with actual experience fighting a large-scale, prolonged, full-scale ground war of this magnitude and intensity โ army against army.
Such experience is more valuable than any rare-earth minerals, because there's simply nowhere else to obtain it โ not through exercises, not through war games.
The only extraordinary circumstance in which it can be gained is a real, large-scale war, with two armies going head-to-head.
After the Yom Kippur War in 1973, the Americans were so blown away by how the Israelis had managed to stop the steel waves of Soviet-made Syrian tanks (and not merely stop them, but go on the offensive) that they practically bombarded Jerusalem with requests to meet every officer who had been on the battlefield and made decisions.
By early 1974, American military specialists from the Pentagon had arrived in Israel, where they met with Israeli officers, grilling them about literally every little detail.
What they had seen, what decisions they had made, why they had acted one way rather than another in combat, and so on.
This was vitally important to the Americans because they were anticipating a massive Soviet offensive in Europe โ the same kind of "steel wave" seen on the Golan Heights, only this time pouring through the Fulda Gap.
NATO seriously feared that such an offensive could not be stopped without resorting to nuclear weapons. But the Israel Defense Forces had demonstrated in practice that an assault of this kind could be stopped without nukes.
That is precisely why the Americans examined every inch and every moment of that combat experience in exhaustive detail.
Americans should be immensely grateful that Ukrainians are so open with them and willing to share their unique experience of large-scale modern warfare.
That one of the most strongest armies on the planet โ the Armed Forces of Ukraine โ is willing to pass this priceless experience on to the Pentagon.
This is a unique and invaluable strategic asset, and claiming that Ukraine has given the United States nothing is a blatant, stupid lie.
