So-called conservatives whine on & on about inflation, while actively cheering for something that will make the current economy look like boom times. The world would be laughing at us, except they're afraid of global repercussions of us defaulting. We need an adult as Speaker.

As demonstrated by his joke of a Twitter show, DeSantis has shown he has no business leading a government, not of the US or even Florida. His whole schtick is to punish those he thinks have slighted him in some way - that isn't a decent way for a child to act, let alone a leader.

So, why do Republican members of Congress feel a need to toss around "woke" for everything? Not enough juvenile name-calling in school to satiate their needs? Same with "socialist," "Marxist," et al, which only serve to display their ignorance. Can we have adults in Congress?
