Q2’26 MPW Round Timeline Submission: March 23 – April 20, 2026 Delivery: Mid-June 2026
einpresswire.com/article/895…
Designed for teams that want fabrication that’s: Predictable. Accessible. Reproducible. The goal: Make it easier for research teams to prototype and scale superconducting quantum technologies with predictable processes and regular fabrication runs.
Offers a predictable, cost‑efficient path from layout to fabricated devices without committing to a full wafer run. Each round follows a fixed quarterly schedule, providing participants with reliable planning and consistent availability throughout the year.
Now launching at APS Global Physics Summit 2026:
ConScience’s Quantum Pilot Line - Quantum Multi-Project Wafer (Q-MPW) program provides shared access to our superconducting quantum fabrication line.

We announce the roll out of the QiB2, a versatile superconducting qubit platform, designed for exploring qubit coupling architectures with various levels of complexity - from the simplest to multi-qubit coupling schemes - all in one device.

The future of quantum computing depends not only on breakthroughs in algorithms and physics, but also on precision in chip design and packaging. Flip-chip integration is one of the keys to making that future a reality.
With this technology, we’re laying the foundation for future QiB (Qubit-in-a-Box) devices with significantly higher qubit counts—bringing us closer to practical, large-scale quantum processors.

At ConScience, we’re applying flip-chip integration and advanced techniques like air-bridges to support the development of next-generation quantum architectures. This allow us to move beyond planar constraints and fabricate devices that are both scalable and manufacturable.
Flip-chip is a key approach in 3D integration, enabling scale to higher qubit counts. By bonding chips face-down onto interposers or substrates, we achieve tighter interconnects and more efficient signal routing essential for building high-coherence, quantum processors.
We’re proud to announce that the first batch of flip-chip integrated quantum devices from our Quantum Foundry service has been successfully delivered.
What is flip-chip packaging—and why does it matter for quantum computing?

Frequency Targeting In #superconducting quantum processors isn’t just a design detail — it’s a scaling bottleneck. Frequency crowding → higher gate error rates. Here we show how we work with this at Con-Science.se
