for those curious about the hEDS/MCAS/sjogrens/health stuff: my doc agreed with the cromolyn spray, even said it was the first thing that came to mind when i mentioned my issues and he also said to call back in two weeks and let him know how its working for me (never had a doctor have me do that so i thought it was cool) he also gave me a referral to see an ENT, might have a deviated septum or nasal valve thing happening? andddd also as a bonus, ive been having issues with my calf muscles getting super hard after small amounts of walking so im getting an ultrasound on my legs its kinda funny when one doc visit spawns three more side quests, but i'm super thankful for a doctor that listens and investigates
