I generally suggest people in this situation look into "virtual tech conferences" ... a general Google search will provide organizations that track these conferences. @ConfsTech and @eventbrite provide some great information.

I do this by following every conference I've ever seen or heard of on twitter and waiting for them to post a CFP.
