that smartcards needed an instruction manual. Even the lad on the helpline said that it was 'not clearly laid out how to activate'. With all this in mind, when I manage to get the card working I will expect to be refunded for the day rider I was forced to purchase today, if not
seconds for the card to properly activate. The bus driver however just said 'its not working you'll need to pay' nevermind that I just paid 55 pounds for the ticket and then had to wait 5 days for it to arrive, having to pay for a dayrider every day in the meantime. I was unaware
@StagecoachNE this morning I attempted to use my month pass on my new stagecoach smart card only to be told its 'not suitable for travel'. Being that I was going to work, I had to buy a day rider. I phoned the helpline and was told that I had to hold the card down for 15 to 30
