ALT A screenshot of Shawgers' (multi-locality) PMX XD serving greater Winnipeg in a Local Forecast sequence during the 11:00 PM ET (or "MBT") hour on The Weather Network, at 11:00:07 PM, on its opening Radar segment. The radar frame's time displayed in the banner SHOULD be 10:40 PM, but something has gone wrong and instead is showing the time in UTC instead ("3:40am", 5 hours ahead of ET/MBT), rather than the local time. (Cropped almost entirely, but to further the point about no ECCC bulletins in the LDL, at the time of this LF, a yellow-level fog advisory is in effect at the time of this screenshot across this PMX XD's entire served area, in fact, all of southern Manitoba.)

ALT A screenshot of the national satellite feed of The Weather Network, also during the same 11:00 PM ET Local Forecast sequence, 20:00:57 PT in the top left time area (which rotates through Canadian time zones given its national reach) and a Radar segment for the Prairies and northwestern Ontario. As of today, PT is observed by nobody in Canada, with the Yukon Territory having moved to permanent MST some time ago already, and British Columbia also moving to permanent MST as of today (or "PCT"). The same issue with the time in the Radar banner as in the previous screenshot persists, showing a "3:00am" time in UTC. (The satellite feed normally shows ET for Radar segments no matter which part of the country is being shown during the LF.)
