Elon Musk, we Ukrainians know perfectly well what our internal problems are. We will deal with them ourselves, through our own democratic institutions. We do not need you to decide who should govern Ukraine. Right now, Russia is our enemy. Russia invaded our country. Russia is killing our people. Either you fail to understand what Ukrainians are fighting for, or you understand perfectly well and choose to ignore the consequences of your rhetoric. Your words do not exist in a vacuum. When you repeat narratives that shift attention away from Russian aggression and toward removing Ukraine’s elected leadership, you risk helping those who want to undermine our resistance. We are fighting for our survival, our sovereignty, and our right to determine our own future. You do not get to take that right away from us. And perhaps, before lecturing Ukrainians about democracy, you should listen to the people actually living through this war.
🚨 UPDATE: Elon Musk CONFIRMS he believes it's time for Zelensky to be ousted as President of Ukraine, and elections to be held IT'S TIME. No more using the slaughter to hold on to power Zelensky has ABUSED Starlink and then went at Elon for enforcing the terms of service. He tried causing a rift between Elon and President Trump, but it failed. They're on the same page 🇺🇸 WE NEED PEACE IN UKRAINE!

El-Sayed: In my Neurology unit, I would have to give that MOCA exam, that cognitive test he's so proud of… The only people you give that test to are people who you worry may have cognitive deficits. By definition, if you’re taking one of those tests, something is wrong.  And you know the doctor who gave it to him was like, I just want to see how smart you are, sir. And he's like, me too. He brags about having taken it. He's like I remembered the rhinoceros. You're like Habibi, everybody remember the rhinoceros. And the funny thing about it is, you know, he's taken it multiple times. So he's not even bragging about the first time he took it. He's like, I took it the 1st time and then I took it the 2nd time. So with Donald Trump, you can't blame him for this, he's just dumb. But for Mike Rogers, can you imagine how small of a human being you have to be to know that he has real deficits and to just nod your head approvingly at the most ridiculous shit that the man proposes?

You're shifting the goalposts now. Your original claim was that no woman has died because of an abortion ban, not that the law explicitly required doctors to deny treatment. If the legal framework created uncertainty that contributed to delaying care, then it can bear responsibility even if the doctors misinterpreted it. The investigation clearly concluded the law's effect as a contributing factor. This alone is more than enough to disprove your original claim. Medical negligence and restrictive legislation aren't mutually exclusive causes. You haven't disproved my example, all you've done is argue that responsibility was shared, which I'm inclined to agree with, but that wasn't your original claim. Pick the motte or the bailey please, but not both.

There's a guy on TikTok who's taking Harman Singh Kapoor's videos and putting his own voice-over on them. Kapoor is absolutely fuming and has threatened to sue him if he doesn't stop. But the guy is trolling him in the Dms and he hasn't clocked because he's thick.

I've locked up more child abusers than you have followers. I was a police officer for five years longer than you've been on Twitter. Other than that, great tweet.

Sainsbury’s supermarket this afternoon. Got chatting to a lovely cashier. Cupping her hand over her mouth and leaning towards me she said “did you see what that attention seeking, lying bastard, Emma, posted on Twitter?” We both pissed ourselves laughing at you😂🫵🏻
Tesco supermarket this afternoon. Got chatting to lovely cashier, im guessing in her 60s. Swiftly conversation moved to politics, the total incompetents running this destroyed bum hole of a country. Cupping her hand over her mouth and leaning towards me she said, " there is only one man capable of fixing this, Rupert Lowe." I fully concurred

He didn’t refuse to sell you fuel because you’re white. He refused because he’s heard your racist views. If a garage owner refused to serve an Asian man who called for white people to be deported, nobody would bat an eyelid. You can’t campaign to have people removed from the country, then cry when they don’t want you in their businesses. Put your big boy pants on and accept that words have consequences.

🇦🇺 🇺🇸 An Australian woman has a rather devastating response to Americans who insist that everyone loves the United States and secretly dreams of living there. “Australians aren’t jealous of America, we mostly feel sorry for you.” She also makes a much more interesting point. Believing that you already live in the greatest country on Earth is intellectually lazy. If you’ve been told your entire life that nowhere else comes close, why bother looking? And that is precisely what makes this mentality so limiting. Looking beyond your own borders should be a source of inspiration. Other countries do things better. Some have better healthcare, others better education, infrastructure or social protections. There is absolutely nothing unpatriotic about noticing this and asking why your own country cannot do the same. Every country has its problems. Australia does. Norway does. America certainly does. Nobody has invented the perfect society. But every country also has something worth learning from. And perhaps that is the greatest irony of all. The people most convinced that America has nothing to learn from the rest of the world may be the very people preventing it from becoming better.

Now I have an excuse to post my favourite ever twitter exchange again
🧵 Toby Young’s Free Speech Union (FSU) is reeling from internal grievances involving allegations of racism, workplace discrimination, and sexually inappropriate remarks by senior members of staff. What? Surely not! I'm old enough to remember when In January 2018, Toby Young was appointed to the board of the new universities regulator, the Office for Students, and his old tweets, mostly from 2009, quickly resurfaced. He had tweeted “What happened to Winkleman’s breasts Put on some weight girlie”, asked “Do Padma’s breasts look bigger than normal?”, said a female MP had “quite a cleavage”, and joked of a woman pictured with him that he “had my dick up her arse”. He called lesbians “dykes” and George Michael “queer as a coot”. He deleted around 50,000 tweets, a petition against him passed 220,000 signatures, and on 9 January he resigned, saying his appointment had “become a distraction”. The just announced controversy claims that a key figure in the campaign group, the chief operating officer, Sigrun Olafsdottir, departed late last week after employees alleged that she told a junior member of staff she would “never hire a black person” as a part of a one-on-one meeting late last year. The organisation’s legislative affairs director, Sam Armstrong, who is also head of communications for the Reform MP Robert Jenrick, has meanwhile been accused of making staff members uncomfortable by discussing the American actor Sydney Sweeney’s “assets” in a meeting with more than a dozen staff. The claims cap a difficult period for the FSU, founded by the Conservative life peer Toby Young, and which critics see as a partisan rallying point for anti-woke grievance. And they may complicate how the organisation seeks to publicly present itself, as a nonpartisan group that seeks to defend “free speech” from the overreach of censorious authorities – one which often raises money from its 50,000 members to do so. In July, the Guardian reported that the US state department had allocated $5m to the international umbrella organisation that oversees the FSU, part of a larger effort by the Trump administration to promote rightwing causes in Europe. The state department appeared to withdraw this grant after the Guardian reported on the allocation. In August, the Guardian reported on questions about the organisation’s practices around charity crowdfunding, centred on an instance in which the FSU appeared to raise £60,000 for a legal case that was ultimately fought pro-bono. Much of the FSU’s work consists of raising money for people who it argues have faced inappropriate consequences for exercising their right to free speech. Lord Young told the Guardian that that case was “not handled on an exclusively pro bono basis”, saying there was another lawyer involved and the person whose case it was had separate legal costs. These revelations have come alongside a period of internal turmoil. Eight members of the FSU’s small staff have departed within the past year. The Guardian understands that a crucial part of this disquiet has been the allegation of racism against Olafsdottir. The Guardian has spoken to multiple sources about these allegations and viewed documentation related to parts of the claims. Employees complained that Olafsdottir was frequently “hostile” towards younger members of staff. This alleged hostility was said to occur during the FSU’s in-person gatherings. The staff of the FSU work remotely but meet regularly for in-person events. These often take place at pubs and hotels, with some personnel said to drink heavily late into the night. Employees of the FSU described blurred boundaries and instances of aggression and discriminatory behaviour on the part of some senior staff during these sessions. Olafsdottir and Armstrong declined to comment. Young told the Guardian he could not comment on “internal employment matters”. (Continued...) theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

No. That is simply false. Every physician does not have to perform a funded experiment on human beings and publish it in order to finish residency. Residents are expected to participate in scholarly activity. That can mean research, quality improvement, patient-safety projects, teaching, reviews, case reports, presentations, and other academic work. Human-subject research also requires IRB oversight and informed consent rules. We do not get to “experiment on people to graduate.” So the entire argument starts with an invented requirement and ends with “vaccines are one big experiment.” That is quite a journey from a premise that never existed.
Every Dr that graduates residency has to be published in an accepted publication. It means they have to do a study, get funding for said study and get that published. Drs do an experiment on people to graduate. It's part of training. Fauci was doing what he was trained to do. They all do. You are their experiment. They don't care. They just write papers on how you reacted to what they did to you. They are not your friends. Vaccines are one big experiment on you, your children and your pets.

Elon, you absolute fucking moron. The Nazis were far-right fascists who destroyed labor unions, persecuted communists and socialists, and murdered political opponents. Hitler literally purged the party’s left wing. Calling Nazis socialists because of their name is like believing North Korea is democratic because it calls itself the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Imagine being the richest man alive and still being too fucking stupid to understand history at a middle-school level. Money can buy you a platform, Elon. Apparently, it can’t buy you a functioning brain.
Hitler was a far left socialist. Literally in the name of his party!
