#OnThisDay in 1919, #TheodoreRoosevelt died at the age of 60 at his #SagamoreHill home. In the days that followed, Roosevelt was given a simple funeral service at Christ Church in #OysterBay and was buried overlooking the water at Young's Cemetery, about a mile from his home.
