The whole series is here. It's rare for me to listen to every episode of a podcast, but I have here. Particular favourites are Poinsett and Irena Wiley, though there's many interesting stories. And you might briefly hear me too in one episode, as a reader. consolationprize.rrchnm.org/

Valuable reflections on creating a podcast series - the pros and cons, the highs and lows. Thinking about story and purpose, audience and marketing etc. Worth a listen. I've loved this series, looking forward to hearing what comes next.
This is it, folks! We have the honor to transmit our final report from the show, where we talk about what we did, what it meant to us, and why it should matter to you, our listeners. consolationprize.rrchnm.org/… #podcast #historypodcast #history #twitterstorians #publichistory

LAST DAY to enter our coffee giveaway! You could win some free-trade Nicaraguan coffee (a nod to one of our episodes) and a Consolation Prize tumbler. All you need to do is leave us a voicemail about what you've learned from our show. You can do it at consolationprize.rrchnm.org.

I’d also like to ad @abbymullen the opening music was the first time I tried to recreate what it sounded like walking into an Abercrombie and Fitch store in 2003.
In Episode 5, "Uncertain Waters in Zanzibar," we went a little overboard on guest experts. 😂 Juggling four different experts got unwieldy as we were still learning about audio editing. But Richard Waters's story needed a lot of context! consolationprize.rrchnm.org/…

I am proud to have been a small part of the program (check out Season 2 Episode 4). Well done, @ConsolPrize!
Our creator, @abbymullen, is archiving the files from each of our episodes right now, and it's been so fun to go back and revisit how we made each of the episodes that we thought we'd remind you of what we've made too. So here comes a mega-thread of the stuff we've made.
And that's it! We still have one final episode, where our team ruminates on the show and what we've learned from doing it. Look for that in a few weeks. Thanks for following along, whether you've been a listener since day 1 or today is your first listen!
And a huge shoutout to all of our team members, @magpie @abbymullen @KrisBStinson @drdeepthimurali @Brenna_Reilley @frankieb_97 @misssbridge @accpercussion @jeanettepjones1 !
