3yo said "I amn't" instead of "I'm not". I love this age where kids are recognizing grammatical patterns and applying them more consistently than the English language actually allows.
3yo took the safety scissors to her hair at school today. Tomorrow is picture day, so we can treasure this memory for the rest of her life. 💇♀️📷

The medieval poets did not believe that the heavens fatalistically determined our future, but they did believe they each had a character that influenced the spiritual climate.

Her Montessori teacher showed me pictures of her cutting strawberries in class and said she did a good job. I am vindicated.
1yo sometimes lies down on the floor and cries for me to pick her up, making half-hearted motions as if she's trying to get up herself but can't.
But if I open the door to a room she's not normally allowed in, she's on her feet lightning quick and the tears are gone.
This is not how I would phrase it but I think it is correct in a sense. You can't be saved without a close relationship with Christ, and you can't have a close relationship with Him without also having a close relationship with His mother.
These tools for restricting students' YouTube access in school are far from perfect. And even where teachers do have access to them, many don't use them for a variety of reasons.
Some teachers just don't know these tools exist, because they never actually got any training in how to use YouTube in the classroom. And that's not just the older teachers!

This is more or less what Molly thinks of Fleur in the books, until Bill is disfigured and Fleur stands by him, and Molly realizes the answer to this question is: because she loves him.
I don't use AI, but if I did, I would not swear at or berate it, for the same reason I don't swear at or berate my car or my washing machine: not because it is beneath the machine's dignity, but because it is beneath mine.
Something Harry Potter fandom consistently struggles with understanding about the books is that JKR very much writes with the assumption that evil is not that interesting.
One more point: some people complain that Malfoy should have had a redemption arc to show that people can change. But by the end of the books, Malfoy and his parents abandon their loyalty to Voldemort, and in the epilogue adult Harry and Draco are at least on civil terms.
