Sometimes you see people after a while and they spend a lot of time talking about how you don't meet often enough and ask why you don't see each other more and it makes you not want to meet again for a while.

Same happens with Costco for me. End up somehow buying a ladder, laundry soap and 2 pounds of feta cheese.

The shortest measure of time is the microsecond between when a child lays in their bed and when they come out of their room to say "I can't sleep."
It was game changing for me. Less morning headaches and jaw pain. Better sleep. Less wear on teeth. There are a few different types. Mine has to go under hot water for a bit (for me it is good after 10 seconds), then brush in the morning and polident it every so often. Worth it!

Also, 30 companies just sent you emails asking you to buy things for the holidays, and if that didn't bother you as much, please ask yourself why that is.
When you receive a lot of charity campaign appeals as we approach year end, please remember that they're just trying to fund important work they are doing like increasing access to food, affordable housing, or providing social services.
