still no resolution @stockx
i returned the wrong shoe to @stockx and now i they are saying they shipped the right shoe back and carrier confirmed no tampering.

@stockx rep told me they will return my item “if” they receive which raised flags so i took the sealed boxed to stockx NYC where we discovered i received the wrong shoe back.

UPDATE: 10 days later and @stockx is saying they sent me the correct shoe and are not responsible. i sent back the incorrect shoes in person the day i received and documented every moment. sealed box opened by employees. order slip included in sealed box.

UPDATE: @stockx sent me back the wrong shoes which i physically dropped off at stockx NYC on the 12th. I received 1 email on the 16th stating that the CS was waiting a follow-up from internal team. Since then i have followed up with no reply. 👻

UPDATE! @stockx CS is horrible! I was told i should have shipped in time but i shipped 1st business day after order and before a reminder was sent. This is infuriating!!! #stockx #stockxnightmare #sneakertwitter
