And that's a bad thing? 😀

Thanks for the tags everyone! We'll get to as many as we can before the end of the day.
They were going for a parallel universe concept, so anything was on the table.
Also, it was 600 years into the future, not several hundred.
Do you read anything?
You can't hide Quote Tweets, you cowards.

Mfer, you can create a straight white male character. You control the buttons you press.
I'm sorry that you feel oppressed for being a majority straight while male, though. That's a you problem, not a societal one.

DA:I launched at £45 and it's consistently been priced at £34.99 for the past 2 years, not including sales.
DA:O launched at £49.99 at launch and is currently at £24.99, so cheaper than DA:I.
So this is a complete nonsense take.
This just iterates more clearly why the #SaveMassEffect movement should fundamentally be about the devs and Mass Effect Universe, not just the studio because we can't save the studio if thet get re-opened and remain under EA because it'll just be pushed with GenAI.
EA employees are speaking out about mismanagement, GenAI push and BioWare’s closure🚀
✅Employees report that the "do less, better" mantra has simply resulted in handling the same workload with fewer staff.
✅Upper management is heavily promoting generative AI (specifically Claude), telling staff that adoption is mandatory for the future.
✅Workers believe the technology is being pushed to test how drastically EA can cut headcount while maintaining output.
BioWare’s Decline & Closure
✅BioWare was repeatedly forced to abandon its strengths (narrative choice, consequences, companions) to chase unprofitable live-service and multiplayer trends, wasting significant resources.
✅Studio leadership grew overly reliant on user experience research (UXR) and fear-driven decision-making, stifling creative risk-taking before the studio's closure.

Disappointed, but definitely not surprised. So much of what’s said reflects very much how many of us felt, as it was quite obvious for the last 10-15 years.
Risk-averse development, “do less” mentality, cost-cutting..etc.
I feel really bad for the studios and talents that had to be suffocated under EA’s mentality. It’s obvious what kind of people they were ever since they tried to gaslight gamers into thinking single player gaming to be dead.
"Hi Sandy. Are you well?" has one against absolutely mullered Sandy Peterson's credibility.

Hi Sandy. Are you well? This is wrong. On January 1, 1993, we sent a press release saying that multiplayer would be in DOOM, a full 8 months before you joined the company. We knew deathmatch would be huge. In that press release, in January 1993, we said multiplayer would be "the number one cause of decreased productivity in businesses around the world." We were sure of it, and we needed no convincing. I understand you are proud of your work on DOOM, and you should be, but please also respect the accuracy of your statements, particularly around game history. My concern is that these false statements are designed to trigger replies (like this one), reposts, and outrage discussion, all with the view of increasing your followers and subscriptions, particularly since this false deathmatch story (among others) is so easily disproved. I’ve even welcomed you to reach out to me ahead of time. You seem to appreciate game history as much as I do. Could you not also make yours accurate?
You're licking Trump's rancid arsehole and aren't even washing your mouth out afterwards because you enjoy the taste.
I was planning on starting a new Mass Effect 1 playthrough and I'm unsure whether to play to level 30 or to level 60.
Which is the better of the two? I forget what the level cap was for the game originally, pre-MELE.
Hooke Plays, except he doesn't because he's a whiny little shit.
First, how do you know you don't like dog shit if you haven't tasted it? That's different than saying, "the dog shit doesn't interest me."
Yotei isn't more of the same. Its combat was changed, the minigames were boring as hell, and the modern "revenge bad" narrative was boring.
Hit someone else with your gotchas, faggot
