Brig Oscar Munanura has been promoted to Acting Major General and appointed Chief of Defence Intelligence and Security (CDIS) of the UPDF by CDF Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
He replaces Maj Gen Richard Otto, who has been redeployed to Joint Staff Human Resource Management.
