This is the oldest antisemitic conspiracy theory there is, the lie that Jews are secretly behind everything wrong in the world. It was hidden on purpose so that whoever lives there next, maybe a child, finds it one day. Hatred doesn't disappear when you cover it up. It waits for the next generation, and that is exactly what this person wanted.
