@eBay Is a nightmare.
In todays episode:
- Sold Mac M5 Ultra Studio 2TB 512GB with "PRESALE" in the title and 20 days processing (for when I receive it).
- Account gets limited where I can't list anything else, nor be paid out my balance from another sale, until I add a tracking number (shipped) for the PRESALE 20 day handling order I just sold. Whatever, annoying, not the end of the world.
- 18 hours later, buyer now requests the order be canceled. Annoyed, since another sold within that timeframe, could have been me, whatever though, I cancel/refund it.
- Go to try to re-list it. Can't relist it because my account is limited. Try to resolve account limitation, but can't because its for the order I was selling, with PRESALE + 20 day handling set that requires shipping be added, to an order that the buyer canceled on me and will not allow me to re-list due to that limitation.
- Go into live chat, thinking sure they'll fix it. Have to loop their bot/AI pre-menu selection 2-3 times in a row before I can trigger an Agent/Human. End up speaking to a literal brick or the worst AI known to man. I had to explain the above in 3 different variations before I get this brilliance out of them:
Finally got the last RTX PRO 6000 Workstation delivered today and have the 4 RTX 6000 rig setup. Time to fly.

Mine were used, yours new in box can probably get 25k or close. So you can probably get close to 2x 6000s, which is ironically exactly what I did after selling mine. I have 2 rtx pro 6000s on the way and 1 max-q. Here's recent sales:

LOL, I'm so done. I quit, you win Amazon. Taking my business elsewhere. Be careful everyone.
Apparently this is just the norm with amazon, buy "New" get a used/returned item at random and they only offer you to return it, they don't make it right. Unreal.
Just for reference, this is how they responded, even after I already mentioned I was not interested in returning it because of time constraints and I already mentioned I knew I could do so and was not interested:

This is exactly what we did to start this whole process... And we're right back to square one with the same issue when clicking that link:
Update on this:
Amazon support is a joke. Under another post where another buyer had the same issue, @AmazonHelp responded asking me to reach out to them. When I clicked the link, it gave an error (specific to my business account): Sorry it looks like we hit a snag.
I showed them that, then I'm told to use a new link, which did work. I'm given the ability to submit specific information about the issue, to which I did and was highly detailed showing proof and explaining every detail. I then receive an email asking me to submit images of the box being open box, so I took a few screen shots of the video , which I had already provided in the original report that showed me opening the amazon box on camera and showing 1 of the 3 boxes for that shipment being open box/used/returned. After submitting that, I was told I'd hear something within 6 hours. It wasn't until 36 hours later that I received a response to that, which is the image I've attached below, which is ridiculous, vague, does nothing to address my issue, nor resolve it.
I then respond explaining how I already gave highly detailed information of the issue, video proof and attached images and then they respond with this:
"Hello,
We received your email to Amazon Customer Service. For security reasons, we can only process emails from addresses that meet certain email security standards. This helps protect all our customers.
Here's how you can reach us immediately:
• Visit: *Link redacted*)
• Chat with us through your Amazon account.
To contact us by email:
• Use an email address from a provider with up-to-date security features
• Or ask your email administrator to update your email domain's security settings. Most popular email services already meet these security requirements.
We are here to help and look forward to assisting you.
Thanks for choosing Amazon."
Clearly they are only interested in sending you in an infinite loop of questions/support agents until you get too fed up to continue. Support has clearly been highly degraded in recent years, this is not what I used to experience with their customer support, its sad. I have no choice but to just move on, I've wasted so much time on this already.
This is unacceptable @amazon @AmazonHelp
I'm feeling your pain now @Blackwellboy its exhausting.

Opened that on my business account and get the screen shot error. So then I opened it on my personal account, then gave all the details to the agent, just to be told I need to fill out a form instead on business account, which I did. Support has really gone down hill as of late.
