Disappointing game, but don’t let it sour you on the team or the season as a whole. Our #Vols are at least a year ahead of where we thought they would be when Josh was hired.

“How much fun is this?” I’ll answer that for you, Josh. A lot. A whole lot of fun. Thank you.

Is the Kentucky quarterback about to cry? Over the missed facemask call? After what the Vols have endured from the refs this year, I don’t wanna hear it.

Has the prevent defense ever worked?

Did I say fun to watch? I badly misspelled infuriating.

This offense is so fun to watch and this defense is going to put me in therapy.

I briefly had realistic hope of beating Bama in year one of the Heupel regime. That’s more than I expected and I’ll take it. Looking forward to the future.

If, by some miracle bestowed upon them by sweet baby Jesus Himself, the #Vols actually win tonight, Danny White better have that 20-year extension ready before their bus crosses the state line.

I will be rooting for you in life, Henry. But not on Saturdays.

I mean, I can’t blame Henry for going to the best program available. But Bama? That one stings.

The “FL” in VFL doesn’t stand for “Whenever they get good again.”

I wish Henry had stayed, but no one will blame him for jumping ship. You were an awesome Vol. Good luck at your next school and I’ll look for you on Sundays in a couple years.

Is somebody really floating Jason Witten as a head coach? I loved Witten as a player, but if that actually ever happened, you might as well just start looking forward to 2026 because that’s the next time you’ll care about #Vols football.

Whatever. I’ll root for the #Vols no matter who is coaching. The University of Tennessee is more than a football team, more than a school. It’s in the blood. If you don’t get that, go root for Bama.

And now Ty Chandler enters the transfer portal? Will we even win a game?

Alvin Kamala just scored his fifth touchdown of the game and I just get madder and madder at Butch.

I may want the SEC to win, but I will never, ever say “Roll Tide” with any sincerity.

#GoSinkhole!

The sad thing is that this game went better than I expected. #Vols

Henry deserved that.
