🚨 Near-fatal stabbing in Saratoga Springs
David Cruz Torres (36, from Mexico on a work visa) charged with attempted murder after allegedly nearly killing coworker Olivia Neri.
She gave him a ride home. He allegedly slashed her throat, stabbed her, and tried to strangle her. She jumped from the moving car.
This is the public-safety reality under Kathy Hochul and the Democrats.
